Bayer is seeking a Principal Electrical Designer for Creve Coeur to lead electrical design on capital projects across sites and globally as needed. You will manage one-line diagrams, power distribution layouts, control panels, and wiring diagrams, while guiding design standards and CAD workflows.
The role requires extensive leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with process, mechanical, instrumentation, automation, and construction teams to ensure safe, quality, and efficient outcomes.
