Associate Financial Advisor

4-C Personal Wealth Management is seeking a driven professional who is committed to building a long-term career as a Financial Advisor within a growing independent fiduciary firm. This role is designed as a development path into a client-facing advisory position. You will work directly with the firm’s owner, gaining hands‑on experience in financial planning, portfolio construction, investment strategy, and client relationship management.

• Prepare retirement projections and comprehensive financial plans
• Develop investment review materials and portfolio analyses
• Assist with portfolio research and asset allocation discussions
• Participate in internal investment and market strategy conversations

• Support client onboarding and account servicing
• Process paperwork and money movement requests
• Maintain CRM documentation and meeting follow‑up
• Assist with billing and operational workflows

As the role progresses, responsibilities will expand to include leading portions of client meetings, presenting planning recommendations, and managing client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Business preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook required)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Relationship‑driven with professional communication skills

• Experience with eMoney
• Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Services
• Wealthbox CRM experience

• Series 66 required within 6 months
• CFP certification path encouraged and supported
