Position Overview

The Release Health & Delivery Governance Manager is responsible for improving operational visibility, governance alignment, and release‑health reporting across enterprise delivery systems supporting the Payments Platform.

It focuses on operational telemetry synthesis, release‑health reporting, governance visibility, and continuous delivery optimization by aligning fragmented operational signals across release execution, escaped defects, incidents/MIMs, retrospectives, deployment telemetry, and operational support workflows.

  • Support recurring release‑health operational reviews and follow‑up coordination.
• Operational Delivery Intelligence
  • Synthesize release‑health telemetry across incidents/MIMs, Jira, deployment data, release retrospectives, operational support signals, environment readiness indicators, and operational trend analysis.
  • Improve release‑related incident attribution visibility.
  • Identify recurring operational delivery risks and bottlenecks.
  • Support operational telemetry alignment and signal classification practices.
