In this role, you’ll mentor caregivers, coordinate care plans, and ensure patients receive safe, timely, and high-quality care. From pre-op education to discharge planning and follow-up, you’ll be the connector that makes the patient journey seamless.

Support and guide care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes;
Coordinate patient care plans and discharge planning.

Promote best practices, safety, and efficiency across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Position Details:

Nurse Navigator – Mercy South:
Heart & Vascular EP (Electrophysiology)

Location: Mercy, 10012 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Day Shift

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of Missouri.
  • Required

    Education:

    Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Required

    Certifications:

    Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Preferred

    Certifications:

    ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support
