Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12-Hour Day Shifts

We’re hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our 12-hour Day Shift. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who has strong clinical judgment, enjoys teamwork, and loves making a difference in the lives of seniors.

• Provide quality nursing care and medication administration
• Supervise and support CNAs and CMTs
• Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

• Active Missouri LPN License (required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience (2+ preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
