Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the Oklahoma City area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers.

We’re excited to offer a highly competitive sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in full‑time roles.

• Daily Volume Bonus:
  This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus:
  Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants:
  Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience (as an NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required).
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), preliminary reads on EKGs, and X‑rays (required).
• Physician Assistants:
  Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners:
  Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP).
