Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours / On-Call RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes, facilities, or wherever they reside. You will respond to urgent calls, coordinate with the daytime team, and ensure continuity of care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year nursing experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. EMR documentation and strong clinical judgment are essential.
