Clinical Director

As Clinical Director ,youwillensurepatientcareiscoordinated,delivered appropriately,andalignedwithhospicephilosophyandregulatorystandards.

• Reviewreferralsandassesseligibilityincollaborationwiththe Medical Director .
• Assign,support,andmentorinterdisciplinaryclinicalstaff.
• Conducthomevisits,recordreviews,andcaseconferencestoensurehigh-quality care.
• Guidecliniciansinestablishingtherapeuticgoalsandindividualizedplansofcare.
• LeadQAPIandperformanceimprovementinitiatives.
• Support hiring,onboarding,andongoingstaffdevelopment.

Thisisahands-onleadershiprole—notjustoversight,butmentorshipandclinicalpartnership.

• LicensedRNwithcurrent
  
  Missouri licensure.
• Hospiceorhomecareexperience(supervisoryexperiencepreferred).
• Stronginpainandsymptommanagement.
• Groundedinhospicephilosophy—comfort,dignity,autonomy,qualityoflife.
• Collaborativeandinterdisciplinarybynature.
• Knowledgeableingrief,anticipatory loss,andend-of-life dynamics.
• Aconfidentcommunicatorwholeadswithclarityandcompassion.
