Mercy South Orthopedics in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Orthopedics unit. The role uses nursing processes to provide patient care and coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The position is full-time (36 hours/week) with a day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sign-on bonuses are available for experienced and new graduate nurses, up to $10,000 and $5,000 respectively.
