Mercy is seeking a flexible, incentivized Registered Nurse for the Mercy Washington location in Missouri. The role supports multiple shifts (day or night) with no guaranteed hours, as part of the Gig Nursing Program.
Nurses must meet RN licensure requirements and have 1 year of bedside Med-Surg experience (2 years for some specialties). Incentives include $40/hour base with variable shift incentives, W-2 status, and a variety of shift options (4/8/12 hours).
