We’re looking for a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening clinical team. If you’re calm under pressure, clinically strong, and enjoy working nights, we want to speak with you right away.

• Provide and oversee resident care during evening shift

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor residents and report condition changes

• Complete charting and incident documentation

• Supervise nursing staff as assigned

• Communicate with physicians and care team

• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality care standards

• Active LPN license

• Evening shift availability (3p–11p)

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and reliability

• Supportive team environment

• Stable leadership

• Organized handoffs and communication

• Respectful workplace culture
