MDS Coordinator - Impactful Resident Care Plans

Bethesda Health Group seeks a registered nurse to join our team in a long-term care setting. You will complete MDS, admission, significant change, change of therapy, end of therapy, discharge and re-entry tracking forms per CMS RAI timelines.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop annual care goals and ensure accurate assessments for resident care. Regular full- and part-time roles are available.
