Team Leader – Children’s Residential (4-Bed HSB Home)

💷 £37,592 per year
⏰ 40 hours per week | 2 on / 4 off rota (includes sleep-in shifts)
We are recruiting 1 x Team Leader on a 12-month Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) basis, with strong potential for permanency.
This 4-bed home supports young people presenting with Harmful Sexualised Behaviours (HSB). The service provides structured, therapeutic, trauma-informed care focused on safeguarding, accountability and long-term positive outcomes. You will report to the Registered Manager and lead shifts within the home.

The Role
* Lead shifts, supervise staff and ensure safe, structured care delivery
* Contribute to care planning, risk management and behaviour support strategies
* Maintain safeguarding, compliance and accurate recording standards
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year residential childcare experience and Level 3 Diploma (or working towards)
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence managing complex behaviours
* Ability to lead shifts professionally and hold a Full UK Driving Licence
* HSB or therapeutic experience and Level 5 qualification desirable

* £37,592 per year with overtime paid at £14.74 + ¼ enhancement
