This is a pivotal role asyou’llbe the first impression a bride will have!

You’llbe instrumental in making wedding dreams come true but also maximise revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries as well as proactively promoting the hotel whilst meeting client expectations.

• Previous experience in asalesrelated role, ideally within hospitality
• KPI and target driven
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability tomultitaskandthink outside the box,come up withideas to maximise opportunities

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is located just outside Crewe and is a 4*, 117-bedroom property. Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
