Multi Skilled Snagger

Your new companyWe are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Snagger to start on a temporary contract working across new-build housing developments in Crewe.Your new role

• Carry out snagging and finishing works across new-build plots
• Complete a variety of remedial tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, masticing, patch plastering, joinery, and minor plumbing fixes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to NHBC and company quality standards
• Work closely with site managers and customer care teams to resolve defects promptly.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in customer-occupied homes
• Record, report, and update snag lists accurately

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working as a Snagger, Finishing Operative, Multi-Trade, or similar within the new build housing sector
• Strong all-round trade skills with the ability to turn plots around to completion standard
• CSCS card
