We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater position at a leading accident repair group in Crewe, Cheshire. Duties of the Panel Beater:

Assess vehicle panels for damage, determining repair and replacement needs
Remove damaged panels, ensuring proper alignment and fit
Shape, repair, and restore panels with tools such as hammers, dollies, and welding equipment
Apply fillers and prepare surfaces for painting
Conduct quality and safety checks on all repairs
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations
Communicate repair progress and timelines to customers
Support team goals by adhering to operational protocols and standards

Requirements of the Panel Beater:

Full UK manual driving licence
ATA Level 3 in Panel or equivalent certification
Proven experience working as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Body Technician, or Bodyshop Technician
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good understanding of vehicle repair procedures and health & safety standards
