We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team s is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving organisation where your expertise will be valued, developed, and rewarded. You will play a key role in supporting the technical team by carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications.

- Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
- Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines
- Highly competitive salary with increased earning potential based on training and progression
- Uncapped commission with strong OTE earning potential (up to £60,000+)

- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experienced working within a workshop environment
- Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work
- MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets
