About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys early starts, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, providing warm and efficient breakfast service, and ensuring service areas are clean, well presented, and fully set up for the day. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure guests have a great start to their stay.

We offer 32‑hour per week contracts with overtime available dependent on business and individual needs.

• Up to £12.21 per hour plus a share of tips, estimated £2,000 per annum for full‑time team members.

Most of our accommodation is single occupancy with an ensuite bathroom, but this isn’t a guarantee. The rate of our accommodation is outlined by HMRC; further details can be discussed at interview.
