Overview

We’re a family business through and through – family owned since 1868, family run and with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our seven hotels are unique and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small, but all offer fantastic food and drink, cozy beds and a wealth of things to do.

Basecamp offers a simple but wholesome food concept, located only a 20‑minute walk from the hotel. The Clubhouse has 40 seats and an outdoor seating area that is great for BBQs on sunny days. Working as part of our food and beverage team offers a friendly, fast‑paced environment. This is a key time support position, working on average 4 days per week during peak season, with full flexibility on shifts to suit school or university commitments.

Full‑time hours may be available depending on individual and business needs. The role is ideal for school leavers, students, or individuals wanting a flexible hospitality job with sociable hours, typically between 08:30 and 18:00.

• Experience as a barista is desirable, but attitude is paramount.
