Reception Supervisor

About the role

A friendly welcome at reception sets the tone for a great stay at Crieff Hydro. As Reception Supervisor you will support the Reception Manager in running the Reception department, oversee staff, manage guest check‑ins, resolve issues, and upsell the resort’s activities and services.

You will work varied shift patterns, with the earliest start time of 7 am.

• Manage front‑desk operations and support the Reception Manager.

• Supervise and motivate reception staff, maintaining a positive and professional environment.

• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and excellent problem‑solving ability.

• Communicate effectively with all hotel departments and lead by example.

• Be well presented, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing outstanding service.

Previous customer‑service experience is required. Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., Maestro) is an advantage.
