RoleWe’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to play a key role in producing high-quality desserts, pastries, breads and afternoon tea items across our restaurants and events.
ResponsibilitiesAs Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll motivate the Commis Chefs to prepare food for our venues. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and portion control. You’ll build good relationships with the front of house team to ensure guests get exactly what they want. You’ll support Head Chefs and Sous Chefs with ideas and techniques to keep the pastry kitchen creative.
A qualification in professional cookery is preferred, and relevant industry experience is desirable. You’ll use your pastry expertise to help ensure the pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing creative, innovative and tasty sweets.
You’ll also support our Head Chefs and Sous Chefs on ideas and techniques that make our Pastry kitchen a creative environment.
What you’ll get from us- £31,500 per annum plus a share of tips estimated £3,000 per annum.
