Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort is seeking a receptionist to deliver warm guest care, manage check‑ins, respond to requests, and upsell the resort’s activities. You’ll bring strong customer service skills, be comfortable with a booking system, and adapt to a rotating shift pattern.
The role is full‑time (40 hours/week) with on‑site live‑in accommodation available. Early starts and late finishes are possible, and there is a structured bonus scheme based on upselling and performance.
