Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a large hotel & resort in Crieff to recruit a Banqueting Head Chef. Live-in is available with a small premium and all bills included. Role is full-time at 45 hours weekly, with a strong benefits package and onsite dining facilities.
The successful candidate will lead the production and banqueting kitchen, delivering high-quality, consistent food across events from intimate dinners to 500+ guest banquets.
