Property Accountant

Overview

A well‑established real estate organization with a national footprint is seeking a Property / Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This role supports multiple communities and focuses on full‑cycle accounting functions.

• Handle AP, AR, and general ledger activities
• Assist with month‑end close and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records for assigned properties
• Prepare journal entries and support reporting needs
• Collaborate with a close‑knit accounting team supporting multiple locations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience with full‑cycle accounting (industry background not required)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude

• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote; flexible scheduling)
• Salary around $75K
