Property Accountant

A well-established real estate organization with a national footprint is seeking a Property / Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This role supports multiple communities and focuses on full-cycle accounting functions.
What You'll Do

• Handle AP, AR, and general ledger activities
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records for assigned properties
• Prepare journal entries and support reporting needs
• Collaborate with a close-knit accounting team supporting multiple locations

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience with full-cycle accounting (industry background not required)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
