Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager provides leadership for multiple commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role is responsible for project execution, financial performance, scheduling, client relationships, safety, risk management, and successful project delivery.
Success in the first year includes successfully managing multiple projects from award through closeout, delivering projects on schedule and within budget, building strong GC and client relationships, mentoring project team members, and improving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Essential duties and responsibilities include project leadership, financial and contract management, client and team leadership, safety and quality. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, 10+ years of commercial drywall construction experience, strong financial and contractual management skills, advanced proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Plan Grid, and Microsoft Office, excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, OSHA 30 and BIM/LEED experience preferred.

Work environment and physical requirements include regular travel to construction sites, active jobsite walking, PPE use, climbing stairs/ladders as needed, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Compensation and benefits include a competitive salary range of $130,000–$165,000, ESOP, generous employer 401(k) contribution, health, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and professional development.
