Ultimate Therapy is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or rehabilitation who wants to gain experience working alongside a multidisciplinary therapy team.

• Help prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
• Escort residents to and from the rehabilitation department
• Clean and organize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
• Maintain supplies and assist with general department organization
• Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Assist the rehabilitation team with day-to-day department needs
• Help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents

• Hands-on experience in a healthcare and rehabilitation setting
• Work alongside experienced PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA professionals
• Supportive and team-focused work environment
• On-the-job training
• Opportunities to learn and grow within healthcare

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting with residents and working as part of a team
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Interest in therapy or rehabilitation is encouraged
