We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing team. In this role, you will recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers or field representatives who generate leads, schedule appointments for free estimates, and promote our brand directly to consumers. You will plan neighborhood routes, oversee field operations, and drive team-based performance to meet lead generation targets.

• Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, and coach field personnel to ensure top performance.
• Lead Generation & Scheduling: Oversee appointment scheduling for free in-home estimates.
• Field Operations Planning: Plan daily canvassing routes and team schedules.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and team metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local permit requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to align field efforts with business objectives.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical stamina to walk and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
