Field Marketing Manager

This is a full‑time hybrid role located in Wilmington, DE, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home days. The Field Marketing Manager will oversee local marketing initiatives, including managing campaigns, coordinating events, and developing community partnerships. Responsibilities include creating and executing marketing strategies, collaborating with sales teams, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires on‑site fieldwork and maintaining relationships with local vendors and partners.

• Experience in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis
• Strong skills in event planning, promotions, and community engagement
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
• Excellent communication, networking abilities, and relationship management skills

• Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling industries is a plus
