• Become the supplier/provider of choice by creating raving fans and providing excellent customer service as the front line of Martins.
• Represent Martins with the legacy of cherished eating experiences, promote continuous efforts to increase sales, and provide exceptional service to customers.
• Improve communication with teammates and give and receive constructive feedback.
• Promote product to increase sales via shelf expansion, in-store promotions, and end displays; introduce new customers to the product.
• Adhere to established route sales objectives when acting as replacement for the established route.
• Operate the sales ordering system, prepare paperwork, and manage cash accounts accurately.
• Perform job safely by adhering to all company policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Submit customer changes and orders timely and accurately.
