Job Summary /p>

Patuxent Materials, Inc. is seeking a full-time Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties for this position include providing an excellent customer service experience, working with Dispatch to manage order information and communications, researching, and troubleshooting order issues, maintaining project and bid lists, processing incoming information and generating reports and project information.

inimum Qualifications p>One (1) year of general work experience preferably in customer service, inside sales, or related field.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

ssential Functions ul> li>Receive and reply to customer inquiries related to product pricing, product types and overall project information. li>Quote COD customers and requests. li>Generate orders and communicate delivery instructions through our dispatch office. li>Post delivery customer follow up through phone calls or emails. li>Call assigned customers to inquire on potential needs.
li>Research and pursue project leads and potential contacts for outside sale team. li>Generate project information and customer leads. Interact closely with Sales team by relaying information such as job location, contacts, material types and quantities. li>Review customer concerns with Sales and Dispatch. li>Qualify customers for projects listed through online Bid listings. li>Send and receive credit applications. li>Maintaining material information and specifications.
