Service Master Restore - Crofton is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician to join our growing fire and water restoration team.
No restoration experience is required - we're willing to train the right person.
We help homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, smoke, and storm damage. This is hands-on work that makes a real difference for people during stressful situations, while offering strong long-term career opportunities in a growing industry.

Compensation:
* Entry-level technicians starting around $18-22/hr
Responsibilities:
* Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
* Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services
* Set up and monitor restoration equipment
* Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
* Take moisture readings and document job progress
* Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
* Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process
Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Restoration, construction, or general labor experience preferred
* IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
Working Conditions:
This role includes indoor and outdoor work in a variety of conditions and may require occasional on-call or emergency response availability.
