What You'll Do

As our Events Team Lead , you'll play a key role in ensuring every event is executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Events team to deliver exceptional experiences from planning through post-event wrap-up.
• Oversee event logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and onsite operations.
• Manage multiple priorities while troubleshooting challenges and making confident real-time decisions.
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve eventobjectivesand exceed expectations.
• Evaluate event performance andidentifyopportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

• Experience in event planning, hospitality, customer experience, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• A proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special eventsas needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.
