Your Role as a General Dentist

Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning

Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care Build long-term patient relationships through education and trust

Collaborate with specialists for coordinated, high-quality outcomes

Utilize modern technology to provide efficient, patient-centered care

What We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

Active Connecticut dental license

Minimum 2-3 years of dentistry experience (required)
Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset

Team-oriented, clinically confident, and growth-minded
