What You'll Do:

* Deliver individualized, engaging instruction that supports each student's learning goals

* Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with IEPs and curriculum standards

* Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet academic, social, and behavioral needs

* Inspire students to reach their full potential academically and personally

What You Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Special Education certification required or in progress)

* Experience working with students with autism and developmental disabilities

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills

* A deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning
