Overview
Summary We are growing! Pumpkin Patch is a family owned and operated small childcare center located in the heart of Cromwell. Teachers are responsible for the care, supervision and management of the classroom in accordance with the State of Connecticut Child Day Care Center Statutes and Regulations. Principal duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children, implementing a developmentally appropriate play-based curriculum, forming nurturing bonds with each child, fostering children's cognitive, physical, language, and social and emotional development.
Teachers are expected to communicate professionally and positively with coworkers and families and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Salary starts at $16.94 and is based on education and experience.

- High school diploma
Associates in ECE/related field or currently obtaining — preferred but not required
