Building Substitute Teacher - CHS

Overview

Cromwell Public Schools is looking for a Building Sub Teacher for Cromwell High School. This is a full-time position and reports to the Assistant Principal and is assigned a location in the building for coverage.

• Provide substitute teaching coverage at Cromwell High School as assigned.
• Report to the Assistant Principal.

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate's Degree/60 college credits with experience working with students (must obtain a waiver from the State Dept. of Education to be a substitute teacher).

• $150 per day, 7.25 hours per day.
• 3 personal days and 7 sick days.
• Health benefits.
• Position starts August 26, 2026.
