High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of professional food and beverage service standards Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage or banquet service experience preferred

Deliver warm, refined service that reflects TPC Values and elevates the guest experience Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere Set up, maintain, and break down banquet spaces, including tables, décor, and service stations Serve food and beverages—including beer, wine, and spirits—in accordance with event orders, brand standards, and service protocols Maintain pristine presentation using proper garnishes, china, glassware, and flatware Ensure banquet service areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times Complete side work duties such as polishing, rolling silverware, restocking, and organization Monitor and attend to guest satisfaction and elevate concerns, including intoxication, to leadership immediately Adhere to all alcohol service guidelines (R.A.M./TIPS) and applicable State and Federal regulations Support special projects and assist with additional duties as needed Represent PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties with professionalism and operate within all established guidelines

Pay: $6.38/hour base pay Food & Beverage employees are eligible to earn additional compensation through tips and gratuities.

This position requires flexible availability, with shifts as necessary based on business levels. This includes morning events and holidays
