CNC Machine Operator

Operate Okuma and Haas CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components that meet strict quality and dimensional specifications. This position is ideal for an experienced CNC operator with strong blueprint reading skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Set up and operate Okuma and Haas CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Monitor machine performance and perform routine machine adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Verify parts meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
• Identify and report machining or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating CNC milling machines required.
• Experience with Okuma and/or Haas CNC machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
