LPN Charge Nurse (New Grads Welcome)

Starting Pay:
Competitive rates up to $37 per hour, based on experience.

• Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Weekend Differential: $1.50 for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday
• Additional Shifts Differential:
  Extra $5.00/hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours

• Efficiently plan and provide professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
• Document crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
• Administer prescribed medications and oversee accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.

• Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.

All LPN positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
