Starting Pay:
Competitive rates up to $37 per hour, based on experience.

• Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Weekend Differential: $1.50 per hour on Saturday and Sunday
• Additional Shifts Differential: $5.00 per hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours

The LPN Charge Nurse plans, executes, and oversees nursing services for assigned residents, ensuring adherence to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.

• Efficiently plans and provides professional care aligned with resident needs and the evolving medical landscape.
• Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
• Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
• Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.

• Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.

All LPN positions require weekend on-call availability to support staff and residents. Compensation details are available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
