Job Overview
Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must lift items weighing over 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
CompensationHourly wage: $22–$35 per hour, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location.
Additional compensation includes quarterly or annual performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
