Customer Experience

• Provides a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Models and shares customer service best practices, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, and proactive service, to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, processes returns, refunds, and exchanges, and dispenses correct change.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to all customers.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade‑up or companion items to enhance sales.
• Maintains clean, merchandised counters and shelves, takes inventory, and keeps accurate records.
• Checks in and prices merchandise as required by store manager or shift leader.
• Implements asset‑protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
• Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super‑store structures, and completes resets as directed.
• Separates food items, maintains proper placement, and practices first‑in, first‑out rotation for consumables.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster printing, and creative machine suggestions.
• Handles web pick‑up responsibilities: monitors orders, picks items, and delivers orders to customers upon arrival.
• Supports exterior and interior maintenance to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and maintains respectful coworker relationships.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as directed.

• Attends training sessions and completes required PPLs as directed by the manager or corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens is preferred.
• Fluency in English, as above, is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Salary Range: $16.94 - $19 per hour. This role will remain open until filled.
