Overview

Responsibilities- Manage and maintain store operations within your district.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Interact face‑to‑face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
- Perform daily operational tasks such as lock checks, showing units, renting self‑storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments through the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
- Conduct daily walks of the property, clean units and store grounds, and open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning storage units, and ensuring clean restrooms, neat landscaping, and tidy office space.
- Work/Life Balance – Primarily daytime hours with potential Sunday off.

- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
