The Territory Brand Representative is responsible for growing sales, increasing market share, strengthening dispensary relationships, and expanding brand awareness throughout Connecticut. Serving as the face of Let's Burn and Daily by Let's Burn in the field, this entry-level sales and brand development position works directly with dispensary managers, buyers, bud tenders, and retail teams to increase product awareness, improve product recommendations, support promotional initiatives, and drive product sell‑through.
The role requires managing a statewide territory that involves regular interaction with over 60 licensed dispensaries. This requires frequent daily travel for vendor days, educational events, pop‑ups, and promotional activities, which is expected to account for approximately 75% to 90% of total working time.

Territory Development- Visit dispensaries throughout Connecticut on a regular basis
- Build strong relationships with dispensary managers, buyers, and bud tenders
- Support account growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and market share
- Support account reactivation efforts
- Serve as a positive and professional representative of the Let's Burn brand
- Conduct product education and training sessions
- Educate dispensary staff on products, promotions, and upcoming launches
- Increase staff familiarity and recommendation rates
- Support rollout of new products and categories
- Support growth of Let's Burn and Daily sales throughout Connecticut
- Support vendor days, pop‑ups, and customer‑facing events
- Improve product visibility and merchandising execution
- Support account‑level sales growth initiatives
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- Gather feedback from bud tenders, managers, and customers
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Provide regular market intelligence reports
- Maintain accurate visit reports and activity logs
- Track account visits, education sessions, and promotional activity
- Utilize company technology platforms and reporting tools, including Spark Plug, iHeart
Jane, and Microsoft Forms for field visit recap reporting - Kick timely activity and performance reports back to the sales team regularly
- 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, territory sales, account management, field marketing, brand promotion, or similar customer‑facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable presenting and educating groups
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout Connecticut daily
- Must present themselves professionally and serve as a positive representative of the Let's Burn brand in public‑facing environments
- Experience representing a premium consumer brand
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, beverage sales, wireless sales, fitness sales, customer success, or field marketing
- Experience working toward sales goals or performance metrics
- Experience utilizing CRM, reporting, or sales support systems
