Our Water team in Cromwell is hiring motivated entry‑level Service Technicians to service, maintain, and install irrigation and pumping equipment across the region. No prior experience is required - we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, practical aptitude, and an interest in mechanical or engineering‑type work. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their trade or technical career, looking to learn from experienced technicians and gain industry‑recognised skills.

What You'll Do (All Training Provided):

You'll be trained to work on a wide range of irrigation and pumping systems, including:

* Diagnostic fault finding on irrigators and pump equipment

* Gearbox reconditioning

* Installation of new pump systems

* Pivot Irrigator crash repairs and maintenance

* Digger and trenching work to support irrigation installation

* Maintenance and servicing of irrigation and pumping equipment

* General engineering and fabrication related to irrigation system equipment

Your time will be split between the workshop and onsite fieldwork across the region.
