As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll:
Provide direct supervision, mentoring, and person-centered support Organize therapeutic and recreational activities that encourage socialization and personal growth Communicate and collaborate with clinical teams to support each individual's treatment goals Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and behavioral observations Help create a safe, structured environment while supporting each person's journey toward independence
