Accounting Coordinator

Tri-Valley Opportunity Council is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our Fiscal Department. Responsibilities include assisting the Fiscal Department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization. Manages Accounts Receivable, assists with the processing of Accounts Payable and Payroll as well as provides general backup and support to the Fiscal Department. Responsibilities also include oversight of contracts, housing and asset management.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree or three years’ experience working in a position with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll responsibilities; experience working with Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $18.92 – $25.00/hr and includes benefits such as 401k/Roth, PTO accrual, paid holidays, ESST, and employer-paid Life/LTD, with optional benefits available including health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Aflac/Colonial Life, and short-term disability.

This is an on-site position located in Crookston, MN.
