Elementary Principal Position
Crookston Public Schools is seeking a collaborative, student-centered, and visionary leader to serve as the Elementary Principal for Highland School (Pre-K through Grade
5). The successful candidate will foster a positive school culture, support high levels of student achievement, and provide instructional leadership while ensuring the effective daily operation of the school. This position plays a key leadership role in advancing literacy, curriculum, student services, and staff development.

Qualifications
- Minnesota Principal License (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership or a related field
- Successful teaching and administrative experience, preferably at the elementary level
- Experience in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and literacy initiatives
- Knowledge of Pre-K, ECFE, Title programming, ADSIS, Section 504 requirements, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative teams and foster continuous school improvement

Salary and Benefits
Salary and benefits are competitive and based on qualifications and experience, pursuant to the Crookston Public Schools Principal contract.
