Position Summary:
As an Electrical Development Specialist at New Flyer, you will provide practical and technical training to the Electrical Department while supporting the Learning Institute and Production teams. This role is responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering classroom and on-the-job training, supporting electrical onboarding and certification programs, and helping improve electrical quality, safety, and performance.
You will work closely with Electrical Leadership, Production, Quality, Engineering, HR, and the Learning Institute to identify skill gaps, develop training solutions, and ensure electrical employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their work safely and effectively.
